RENTAL’S REQUIREMENTS:

Renting one of our awesome Slingshots is a thrilling experience, but safety comes first! Before we hand over the keys, let’s go through a few important guidelines to ensure your adventure is as smooth as our slick tires.

– Who Can Join the Slingshot Squad? 🕵️
You’ll need a valid driver’s license from the U.S., a state, or an international license. We want to make sure you’re legally allowed to take the wheel.

– Age is just a number, but for this ride, you’ve gotta be at least 21 years young. Don’t worry, we won’t ask for your birth certificate!

– We’ll need to see those riding skills in action. A quick demo will do the trick, and then you’re good to go!

– Rules of the Road 🚦
This baby’s all yours! Well, except for letting your friends take the wheel. Only authorized renters can operate the Slingshot during your rental period.

– We’ll need a $500 refundable deposit, but don’t worry, it’ll be returned to you safe and sound when you bring back our beloved Slingshot in one piece.

– Reservations are a must! Book online or give us a call to secure your spot. We won’t bump any of our existing reservations, no matter what.

– Safety First, Fun Second! 🛡️🎢Our #1 rule? No burnouts or donuts, please! We love our tires, and we’ll have to charge you for a new set if you get a little too wild.

– Insurance is a must-have. We want to make sure you’re covered in case of any unexpected bumps in the road.Medical insurance isn’t included, so make sure you’ve got your own coverage sorted out.

– If our Slingshot gets a little banged up during your adventure, we’ll deduct the repair costs from your deposit. But hey, that’s what it’s there for!

– Remember, you’re the captain of this ship! Operate your rental Slingshot responsibly, follow the rules, and most importantly, have an absolute blast! Let’s ride! 🏍️💨

INSURANCE:

We require all of our customers to meet the following insurance requirements

Insurance is required
Medical insurance is not provided and is the responsibility of the customer.
If for any reason our slingshot gets damaged the amount needed for the repair will be deducted out of your security deposit
All coverage and waivers are subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract and do not include coverage for property, personal or otherwise, or damage as a result of negligence on the part of the renter or passenger for any illegal use of the motorcycle or its use under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are ill, or sick, or on any prescription or over the counter medication you cannot operate our motorcycles.
Keep in mind you are responsible for the operation of your rental slingshot.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
No-shows will be charged the full price.

RENTAL RATE:

Rental Rate: If the vehicle is not returned at the agreed upon time, the renter will be charged an additional $100 per hour for each hour that you return the vehicle late. Renter will be allowed a 15 minute grace period before the late fee is put into effect. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

The classification of the Polaris Slingshot® is state-dependent*. The most common classifications are motorcycle, which requires a motorcycle endorsement or license, and autocycle which only requires a state driver’s license**. In the state of California, you do not need a motorcycle endorsement to drive a Polaris Slingshot. A state driver’s license is. We stand behind our Excellent Customer Service, which is what has provided services to our customers come back repeatedly. It is a fast and easy experience with us. Arrive at your hotel and we can be waiting for you with your slingshot rental, freshly washed and polished spotless.
